Life insurance - a contract issued in good faith – done sincerely and honestly. At the heart of this, and the entire life insurance proposition, is the concept of trust.

Trust plays a vital role throughout the various stages of the customer journey, including: distribution, customer engagement, advice, sharing personal information, use of customer data and information.

And most importantly, trust that life insurers will make good on their promises. We explore the perception and challenges faced by both customers and insurers at each of these critical moments.
